Jerry D. Packer

Jerry Packer is a Senior Project Manager for Frontline Global Services, Inc. (“Frontline”), a Houston, TX-area based company specializing in Turnkey Industrial Services, especially System Decontamination, High-Velocity Oil Flushing, High-Velocity Chemical Cleaning, Fluid Purification and Varnish Eradication. 

From 1998 – 2003, Jerry started as a dock hand, a dry storage facility for personal watercrafts, at Parkside Marina in Seabrook, Texas. Roles and responsibilities were staging personal watercrafts by forklift, up to 10,000lbs, from dry dock to water, customer service, fuel and clean personal watercrafts, as well as maintaining the marina. Jerry later became a personal watercraft mechanic and received MerCruiser inboard training and certificates.

From 2003 – 2004, Jerry was a CDL tanker transport driver for Schinder International carrying various products and chemicals throughout the North, South and East coast. 

From 2004 – 2005, Jerry began their professional journey as an entry level technician and CDL driver at Fluid Reliability Services, FRS, a division of the Hurt Company where I would drive our mobile purification high vac and flushing units to various industrial sites and perform oil purification and high velocity oil flush projects. During slow periods, Jerry was asked to deliver fuel and bulk oil to refineries and construction sites. 

From 2005 – 2008, Jerry started as a technician for Reliability Services Inc., RSI, and worked his way to a project manager performing Turnkey, On-Site Fluid Purification, System Decontamination and Condition Monitoring of Rotating Equipment Assets in the U.S. Gulf Coast Petrochemical Market.

From April 2008 to May 2020, Jerry served as a Senior Project Manager at Industrial Action Services, Inc., located in Huntington, TX. He has been responsible for the Overall Management of all job specifics and employees for Fluid Purification, Micro Filtration and Chemical Cleaning of Turbine Systems. Attend pre-job meetings and determine the scope of projects. Supervise up to 5-20 personnel on any given project. Coordinate/schedule temporary and permanent labor. Schedule/order projects and all job materials, including bill of materials. Set up and executed projects. Submit daily reports to customers and company for project progress. Assess strengths of employees and set them to appropriate tasks. Personnel conflict resolution. Assisted with payroll processing. Perform cost evaluation studies and end-of-project reports. Provide training and guidance to company project management as required. Provide a single point of contact for customer interaction for multiple jobs as required.

From March 2022 to January 2023, Jerry served as the Managing Loading Coordinator for Feutainer, LLC for Solar Panel field parts. He was responsible for managing multiple ports and crews, insuring the correct Solar cargo is safely loaded on the correct trucks per bill of lading, Solar inventory management per vessel, port, customer and customer relations - reporting daily updates of inventory and damaged equipment. 

From January 2023 to present, Jerry serves as a Senior Project Manager for Frontline Global Services.
